Experience Day Colossal Academy 23-24

Terms and Conditions 

 Thank you for considering our Experience Day at Colossal Academy-Fort Lauderdale.  To ensure the best experience for all participants, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The Experience Day is available to students who's parents have had an alignment through our Getting-to-Know you meeting. Participation in the program is subject to availability, and admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Program Hours: The aftercare program will run from 9:00-2:00, on Tuesdays, except for school holidays and teacher workdays. P
3. Fees: There will be a fee of $50 per child. Payment for the program must be made in advance. This fee then gets applied to the application fee once the student is accepted into the program. 
4. Responsibilities: The school will provide adequate facilities and qualified staff to provide your child with the most enriching experience.  Parents or guardians are responsible for any damage caused by their child to the school's property.
5. Changes and Cancellation: The school reserves the right to make changes to the experience day schedule, facilities, or fees at any time. Parents or guardians will be notified of any changes as soon as possible. If a parent or guardian wishes to cancel their child's participation in the program, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice to the school. Refunds will not be provided for missed days or cancellations without notice.
6. Liability: The school will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the child or their property during the experience day program. Parents or guardians must agree to indemnify and hold the school harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their child's participation in the program.

By enrolling their child in Experience Day, parents or guardians acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
